As a self-published author, I can’t help but feel like the deck is stacked against me. Have you experienced this? It feels like the system is rigged for the little guy to fail. The last few weeks have been like a lot of 2020—fulfilling, but intensely frustrating. Lately, the frustration has overtaken any other emotion, leading mostly to a sense of failure, anger and depression.

Happy New Year! I hope that 2021 brings us a lot more joy than 2020.
So I’ve had a little time during the Christmas holidays to work on some new art. If you follow my Facebook Page or my Twitter feed, you’ve probably seen much of this already, but I wanted to make a blog post specifically about some of the stuff I’ve been working on lately. Lastly, I wanted to give a little tease about something I’ve been planning for a while, but I never really had time to put pencil to paper. Well, I finally have, and I think people will like it. I certainly like the way it’s turning out.
Stimulus Checks
I’m taking a little break from working on the Timberwolves sequel right now to check some news. It seems the big deal at the moment is with stimulus checks. I’m looking at all the things people in this country are struggling with, and I’m happy to see the government offering to do a little to help the American people out. And when I look a little deeper, let me stress LITTLE.
